The Hyper Stride has been a great tool for functional training and training in multiple directions. It be can used in tandem with fundamental movement patterns that you already know. By simply playing with it, you can really add new moves to your routine. I use it for mostly prep work but it can be used for strength work as well, especially with end ranges or uncommon ranges that typical gym exercises may miss.
